Tenancy Cleans
Achilles & Kilshaw has a team who specialise in house and apartment cleaning within the local area, providing all cleaning materials and equipment for end of tenancy cleaning and to get the property ready for new tenants moving in.
It is in a landlords best interest to present their property in as good condition as possible when letting again to future tenants.
Not only can we supply cleaners to get your property looking its best but should you need any tradesmen to carry out any repairs then we can also organise this for you from painters/decorators, gas fitters, gardeners, tilers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians plus many more.
Domestic Regular Cleans
We also provide regular cleans for any domestic property. This can be either on a weekly basis, twice a week or fortnightly.
The cleaning includes all general cleaning tasks that would be done on a regular basis. Cleaning materials can be supplied at a small charge added to the hourly rate.
